One feature of the Learning Center includes “how to guides” for completing shops in various industries, including fine dining, casual dining, assisted living shops, and more. Because each type of shop in different in nature, we have provided these guides to help mystery shoppers submit great reports! Each guide is available for only $2.50.

The Learning Center is also offering recorded seminars. The first, which has been a great success, is the Tax Seminar for mystery shoppers. We are offering the seminars at a discounted rate of $6.00. If you’d like to purchase the recorded seminar, please visit the Learning Center’s site. Tax seminars for 2009 will start again in January – you will have the option to attend a live teleconference or purchase a recorded version of the seminar. Attending the live session will give you the opportunity to ask questions and get the clarification you need to file taxes for the year. Dates will be released in early December.
